Album Builder is the design and proofing side of a printed album. You design for free, your client reviews online, and the finished album is printed by Brilliant Prints.
Pick a physical size up front — 8×8 up to 16×12 — and how many spreads to start with. A spread is the open book: two facing pages, designed as one canvas. You can add or remove spreads (in blocks of five) while you work, and switch to another size with the same orientation later.
Drop photos anywhere on the editor and they upload straight to secure storage; we build fast screen copies so editing stays snappy while your originals are kept untouched for print. Choose a layout per spread, drag photos into slots, pan and zoom each crop. Everything autosaves — leave and come back anytime, on any machine.
Share a private review link and your client flips through the album like a real book — on their phone or desktop. They tap any page to pin a note, and approve the album (or send their notes) with one button. Their feedback lands in your editor, pinned to the exact spot; revise and re-send a new proof on the same link.
When the album's approved, one click renders a full print package — every spread at 300 DPI from your original files — and notifies Brilliant Prints. You get a proof link showing exactly what will print. Designing costs nothing; you only order when you're happy.
Proof and review links expire after 7 days (re-send anytime). Your original files are kept for 30 days after an album is sent to print, then archived — so order reprints or make changes within that window. Albums can be archived to tidy your dashboard, and deleted permanently when you're done.
